Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally contained in this recent image release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing distinct areas of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
